Privacy Policy

Newman Design and Remodel LLC (“Newman,” “we,” “us”) remodels master bathrooms, tub-to-shower conversions, and master closets in Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, and Lakeway, Texas. This policy explains what we collect through newmanbathandcloset.com, our phone line, and our text messages, and what we do with it.

What you give us. When you request a walkthrough: your name, phone number, email, city, subdivision, ZIP code, the decade your house was built, the project, your budget range, your timing, whether you have talked with another company, and any notes.

What your browser sends. Pages you visit, the page you landed on, the site that referred you, device and browser details, approximate location derived from your IP address, and cookie identifiers. If you arrive from an ad or a tagged link, we also store the ad click identifiers (Google’s gclid, gbraid, or wbraid) and campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, utm_id) in your browser for 90 days and send them with your request so we know which ad or listing brought you.

Calls and texts. Recordings, transcripts, and summaries of calls with us or with our automated assistant. If you opt in to text messages, your phone number, your consent and when you gave it, and the content of the messages (see “Text messaging” below).

To decide whether your project is one we take, to call you about it (and text you, only if you opted in), to schedule and prepare for a walkthrough, to keep records of our conversations, to measure which advertising works, and to protect our business and comply with the law.

Our site uses the Google tag for Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads. These set cookies and similar identifiers to measure visits and to tell us when an ad led to a request or a call. Google receives this information under its own policies; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

We use Google Consent Mode. Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are not measured with advertising or analytics cookies. We do not use the internal staff pages of this site for measurement.

When you submit a request, the Google tag converts your email address and phone number into a one-way hash (SHA-256) in your browser and sends the hash to Google so Google can match the request to an ad interaction. We may also upload hashed contact details, with ad click identifiers, to Google Ads to report when a walkthrough is booked or a contract is signed. This is for measuring which ads work, not for marketing: Google uses it to measure our ads, not to identify you to us, and we never include your SMS opt-in or consent data.

After you submit a request, Eleanor calls you within minutes during calling hours (Mon–Sat 9 AM–9 PM, Sun noon–9 PM Central); requests that come in overnight get a call the next morning. Eleanor is an automated, AI voice assistant, not a person. She runs on a voice platform from Retell AI and uses the details you entered to confirm your house and project and, if it fits, to offer a walkthrough time. You can end the call, decline, or ask for a person at any time.

Calls with Newman, including Eleanor’s calls and calls to our number, may be recorded and transcribed for quality, scheduling, and record-keeping. Our providers create the recordings and transcripts on our behalf. If you do not want a call recorded, tell us at the start of the call or call us directly at (737) 332-3588.

Texting is optional. We text you only if you check the text-message box on our request form. Checking it is not required to submit a request, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

• What we collect: your mobile phone number, your consent (yes or no), the date and time you gave it, the version of the consent wording you saw, and the content of the messages we exchange.
• Why: only to send messages about your consultation request and appointment (for example, confirmations, reminders, and scheduling replies). No marketing texts.
• Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Our text-message provider (Twilio) receives your number and the messages only to deliver them for us.

Service providers that run the site and our scheduling for us: website hosting (Vercel), workflow automation (Make), calendar and spreadsheets (Google Workspace), advertising measurement (Google Ads and Google Analytics), the AI voice assistant (Retell AI), and text messaging (Twilio). We also share information when the law requires it or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Lead records (what you enter in our form, plus our notes): 3 years after our last contact with you. Call recordings and transcripts: 1 year after the call. Text-message records: 3 years after our last contact with you. If you hire us, we keep project and contract records for as long as we need them for the work, taxes, and legal obligations. Browser-stored campaign tags expire after 90 days. You can ask us to delete your information sooner; see below.

• Ads personalization: Google My Ad Center.
• Google Analytics: the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or block or delete cookies in your browser.
• Access, correction, or deletion: email info@newmanbathandcloset.com or call us. Texas residents may have additional rights under Texas law, including the right to appeal our answer to a request.

Our services are for homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
